There is free parking for 3 vehicles. One vehicle can be parked in the garage and two can fit on the driveway. Parking is not allowed on the street or grass. Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked overnight.
This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in the heart of Naples, just over 1 mile from the public Clam Pass Beach Park and Naples Grande Resort & Event Center. Guests are able to walk or ride bikes to many nearby restaurants and shops. With the Waterside Shops a 4 minutes drive away, this location is ideal for shoppers and foodies alike. There are multiple golf courses surrounding the neighborhood and The Naples Zoo is a mere 5 minutes drive. Downtown Naples, the Naples Pier, and all of the best restaurants the area has to offer are a quick 10 minute car (or Uber) ride away!

While our number one rule is to have fun, we have implemented the following set of house rules in order to keep it a safe & clean environment for our valued guests. At no point should more than the pre-approved number of guests be on the premises. Quiet hours are in effect after 10pm. Any damages must be immediately reported to the host. Guests are not permitted to change the pool heater settings unless given permission to do so by the host. The cleaning fee includes 4 hours of cleaning after guest check-out. Should a guest leave the home in a state that requires additional cleaning time, an additional $50/hour cleaning fee will be imposed, with a 1 hour minimum.
