In the living area you have french doors that lead to an oversized balcony viewing the pool and the gulf!, spend hours just sitting on the balcony reading a book or gazing at the sunrise or sunset! Due to the proximity to the beach, the Gulf Place Caribbean building is one of the most popular buildings in the Gulf Place Community! Parallel to the building you have Scenic Hwy 30A, with the Timpoochee Trail, perfect for daily exercise, whether it is biking, walking or jogging!
