Nautical themed waterfront villa on the nicest street in the city. Watch boats go by with coffee on the 70` dock, join them by renting our boat, or get on the water using our complementary paddle boards & kayaks. Split floor plan and enclosed patio complete with arcade games/foosball overlooking backyard. Grill out under the open back patio watching your favorite team on our outdoor smart TV. The heated pool encourages socializing with various seating plus a large hot tub. 3 miles to the beach!
Maya and I live 5 minutes away from the property and are always available in person or by phone. We strive for all of our guests to have a 5-star stay!

We do our absolute best to accommodate guests with an incredible home and service, which is why we have such great reviews. We understand things in the home break from normal use and we do not charge for this. The last thing we do is nickel and dime guests on fees under $100. However, if a guest causes significant damages or interrupts other guests check in / check out times, we do charge in the following circumstances.
