It is like no other vacation home at the beach! The large, Sothern-style screened-in front porch is perfect for your morning coffee, a game of ping pong, or relaxing outside while escaping the rain. This home also has a sunny back porch, equipped with a dining set and a gas grill. Along the side of the home is a small pool, perfect for cooling off on hot, Summer days!
The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home while cooking. The bar seats 4 and is perfect for entertaining guests while preparing meals. Passing through the kitchen, you find the large laundry room, with a full-size washer and dryer, sink, and backdoor to the pool and back deck. The kitchen opens into the great room with a dining table seating 8-10 guests. The great room has more than enough space for family and friends.

You do not even need to cross the street to access the beautiful island bike path which is located on the corner of the block.
