Travel Purpose: business

Positive: keys, I am referring to the property FOB required to get into building, gym, leisure areas and to beach as well as in from other building entrances. This property is a managed condo facility at an excellent location with all 'necessary' stores within 1-2 miles (easy walking) and right on beach with private beach access. The unit is very well kept, with wifi and 1.5 baths, master bedroom and very large open space dining/living room area and full kitchen. Also balcony and plenty of storage space, fully equipped with all necessary items for beach (bucket, chairs, towels, etc) as well as kitchen and bath needs. The place is a 'home' setting, with laundry room on floor and basics, not necessarily fully updated but same as if you were living there. I appreciated the decor and basic glasses or bathroom items (soap dish, etc) - were the same as I have at my own home for daily use!!! There also was iron, dustpan, mop/broom, and a small safe - so I felt very comfortable there. Extra large day bed style couch and a futon allows for added guests, but the king bed and tub/shower made things great, plus the building has a quiet policy at night, so it is easy to get a good night's sleep then walk right down to beach for a run.

Negative: I was there for work related reasons... LOL - -so I wish I was actually there to relax-- !! Didn't have much to complain about. note- this is not a place for having crazy fun. Location is convenient to airport- but not a location with a lot of clubs and bars. There are basic pizza parlor or take out places, but this area is not for night life. One has to walk much further or take a car. However, if with a car, this is easy to get onto mainland from here, or go up to north Lauderdale with nightlife, or head down to Miami (within 1 hr) -

Summary: relaxing, perfect- host thought of everything needed, perfect location for me to work & exercise
