Positive: Donna and Sean are wonderful hosts. Even before my arrival, Donna was very responsive, answered all my questions, and kindly recommended a trusted driver for the transfer. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with some local treats—which, honestly, are exactly what you’ll want to bring back from Barbados 😅 The place was very clean and well-equipped, you’ll have everything you need. The mattress was perfect for me (on the firmer side, which I really appreciated). The location is excellent: set back just enough from the road to avoid the constant honking (drivers here love announcing their arrival), yet still close to everything. If you rent a car, there’s a parking spot available. Prefer public transport? Several bus routes run right in front of or very close to the property. The nearby beach isn’t the most popular, which actually makes it quieter and more relaxing. If you’re looking for a livelier beach, it’s about a one is 15-20, another one is 30-minute walk or a quick 7-minute drive. There are also shops and nice cafés within easy reach. I personally prefer ground coffee over instant, so I bought some locally roasted and really enjoyed my meals on the terrace, exactly the kind of experience I was hoping for. My advice: plan a little, but stay flexible, Barbados moves at its own relaxed pace. Beach towels are provided, which is a small but very convenient detail. I’d definitely stay here again. Overall, it’s a perfect balance between comfort, location, and a genuine local experience. Thank you again, Donna! Like u told you, I’ll be back sometime ♥️
