The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee machine, blender, coffee grinder, ninja bullet smoothie maker, toaster, electric wok, Joule Sous Vide and vacuum sealer, expresso machine and Kitchen-aid mixer. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cutlery, coffee cups/ glasses/whiskey tumblers/wine glasses/shot glasses, knives, boards, pots and pans etc. you will need.
Large new wooden ceiling fans with dimmable lights in all bedrooms and a large ceiling fan in the living room. New digital central AC.
Spacious master suite with king bed, flat screen tv, sitting area, and large ensuite with tub and separate shower. There is a door that leads directly from the master bedroom out to the lanai and pool area. Hot tub heating included, main pool heating available at additional cost ($15/day).
Brand new 12 foot custom outdoor granite kitchen with top of the line grill, side burner , outdoor refrigerator and trash bin.
The home has 3 bedrooms ( Master bedroom with king bed, one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with 2 twin size beds) and an office with a sofa daybed with roll out trundle guest bed .
At the rear of the house is the golf course. We are a short walk to the players club. Access to the players club is included in the rental.
Lely offers two 18 hole public golf courses although green fees are not included in the rental.
