This little gem (Sunskipper B3) is on the first floor (12 steps up) and very close to the beach. Has partial ocean views from the private balcony. Sand fiddler public beach access is just across the street. public beach access. Pool is just behind the building (usually open April thru Oct) Freeman Park & Carolina Beach Pier are 2 blocks to north. The boardwalk is ~ 1 mile south. Queen bed in the bedroom and full futon in the living area. Both have great memory foam. 1.5 baths and minimalist configuration is ideal for couples, small families, and girl's trips! Washer and dryer. Wifi w/ roku + cable. Linens, towels and paper products provided. We have owned our little gem since 1995 and take very good care of it. We thoroughly clean and sanitize it ourselves after each visit. No pets, parties or smoking please. Come enjoy our recently renourished beach!
