2 Bedroom House in Lynnhaven, The Villages
We’re currently taking reservations for now through January 10. January 11, 2025 thru April 2025 are already rented. Be sure to reserve soon, as rental months are taken very quickly.
- Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ranch home with Cathedral ceilings and a large Lanai is nicely decorated, by a decorator, in furniture and Central Florida decor. We have NEW Luxury Vinyl Planking thoughout the entire home.
- The full, newly updated, kitchen has all stainless steel appliances purchased in 2023. For your convenience, we also have all new Premium Keurig Coffee maker, toaster, blender, Air fryer, Bella Non-stick pots and pans, Corelle dishes, quality silverware and utensils.
- All utilities, high speed internet, and Comcast for local stations. For your entertainment, each of our three TVs are Smart TVs, enabling you to log in to your own Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Prime TV, etc. One TV is located in the Living Room (linked to Xfinity for local stations), one is in the Primary Bedroom (not linked to Xfinity), and a third in the guest bedroom (unlinked to Xfinity).
- We also supply a starter kit of 4 Keurig coffee pods, dish washing detergent, clothes detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- In the garage we have two bicycles for you to use to get around the neighborhood. A bicycle lock is provided for you to use.
-Additionally, a gas powered golf cart (for 2) is provided at no extra cost!
-There are 56 Golf Clubhouses (and 56 Golf Courses) in the Village, that you, as a guest, belong to.
-Your home away from home is only minutes (0.4 miles) away from the heated pool, cornhole, tennis, and pickleball, at Churchill Recreation Center. There are more than 100 Pools in the Villages and you have access to all of them with a minor one time payment of an administrative fee of $50 charged by The Villages to transfer membership to you during your stay.
- In the mood for live music? Choose your venue. Every town square has live music and dancing EVERY night. Lake Sumter Landing is only 3.4 miles!
