Located on a quiet stretch of Oak Island’s West Beach, this oceanfront home is only a 3-minute walk from the Davis Canal boat ramp, where you can easily load a boat, kayak or canoe into the quieter waters of Montgomery Slough.
Bright white walls and blue accents greet you as you enter into the open-concept living space on the main floor, and wooden beams draw the eye forward to the horizon and gorgeous views of the Atlantic. Settle on the roomy sectional to stream your favorite show or catch the big game thanks to the cable package. The sturdy wooden dining table seats at least six comfortably, with bench seating along one side allowing for extra space. There are also an additional four seats available at the adjacent breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay and offers plenty of counterspace for meal preparation.
When it’s time to retire for the night, each bedroom has its own TV for personal entertainment, and ceiling fans for comfort. On the east side of the cottage, the oceanfront bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a twin. A Jack and Jill bathroom connects through to a bedroom with a king bed. To the west, the oceanfront bedroom provides a queen bed and connects via a second Jack and Jill bathroom to another bedroom with both a queen and a twin bed.
