Adjacent is the stunning new kitchen with chefs appliances. This crisp new kitchen includes a separate wet bar with a beverage refrigerator and stylish bar stools for counter seating. A large laundry room/mudroom services the home with a quaint powder room and easy access from the outside pool and deck area. Also on this first floor you will find a cozy family room with another gas fireplace and pullout sofa bed. Upstairs, the generous master suite boasts a new tile bath, private toilet room and glassed in shower stall, new furnishings, a custom closet, gas fireplace and bay views from its private deck.
