Redecorating with newer bedroom furniture, and hybrid mattresses, new Living room furniture and more. Creating the perfect comforts of home, with the feel of a luxury vacation home.
2 bedroom, 1 full and 1 half bath cottage. Florida room in the back offers 3 season living space. Great place to relax or entertain, or turn into a 3rd bedroom. There is a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, and this room can be made into a private bedroom if needed. Kitchen fully equipped with standard appliances, air fryer, toaster and more. Granite countertops, and clean. Remodeled bathrooms, and tile floors throughout the house. The whole house is bright and sunny with many windows. Washer and dryer are easy access but out of the way.
Landscape designed with inviting walkways, patios, and gardens. Beautifully arranged for you to enjoy the patios, and beautiful Florida weather. Very large, and private. Retreat like feel with lots of sitting areas. Gas firepit and hammocks also invite experiences for this getaway.
An extra (outdoor) shower is tucked away in the back. A perfect second shower, or for a quick rinse after a fun day on the beach.
Venice Island is a beach community with charming old Florida style. There are various boutique stores and cafes. Right across the street from the property front door, is the Venetian waterway bike trail connecting to the Legacy trail to Sarasota. Beaches and downtown are a very short distance away. The island offers a relaxed island vibe, arts, culture and entertainment. The island boasts 15 miles of golf cart friendly streets, a jetty and pier which are known for their great fishing. Our favorite pastime is the world renowned shark tooth hunting on our sandy beach shores. The Island also contains a public golf course.
More specifics about the area: Venice Beach is 1.9 miles away. Quick commute on your bike, golf cart or by car or walking if you choose. Downtown Venice is only 1.2 miles, filled with restaurants, shops, boutiques, specialty items stores, parks, entertainment and events, and lots of benches all around, to hang out and enjoy the culture and friendly vibe. Venice fishing pier and the well known Sharky’s restaurant on the pier is 2 miles, which is located right across the street from Venice Golf club, and near the Brochard paw park. Casperson Beach is only 3.6 miles away, world renowned for great shark tooth hunting, only a short 10 minute drive. Sarasota is an easy commute averaging about 15 minutes. Publix is at the end of the street, a few blocks away, with other shops in the mall. The Venetian waterway trail is right across the street from the front door, and connects to the Legacy trail. Venice is known for the miles of “award winning” trials offered, for biking, walking and running.
