We have cameras in the front and back of the house, for your safety and ours. We do not allow covering of the cameras for any reason, The camera's cover the entire pool area and backyard. And this is for security and safety only. If this is an issue for you, then please do not request to book our place.
We do not allow loud music or parties, as it's a quiet residential neighborhood and we'd like to keep it that way.
We have two noise monitors, and you will be automatically sent a text if noise level is too high.
We do not allow outside guests.
Pool cleaning crew has access to our backyard through the side gate, unannounced pool cleaning.
First aid kit available on site.
