Newly remodeled 1950's era cottage with all the comforts for a great visit. Just off the living room and thru French doors is a very private deck with a gas grill, Weber kettle and a wrought iron table for 4. The cedar plank outdoor shower is just steps off the deck. Short walk or bike ride to many restaurants and stores. Hardings Beach is 1/2 mile away, walk or ride bikes (2 bikes on property). Downtown Chatham is minutes away by car, certainly a fun bike ride or a nice walk. The cottage has two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) and 1.5 bathrooms (half bath has washer and dryer) living area with love seat and chair and television. Front sunroom area provides table seating for up to 4 people. The kitchen has a gas stove, toaster oven and coffee maker. Additionally, kitchen water is filtered.
