Located within a short walking distance to the tropical lagoon style pool, this home is situated in the heart of Highland Parks. A six passenger GOLF CART is included with the rental.
Highlands Parks is a newly developed beach community located on 30a at Blue Mountain Beach and offers a spectacular swimming pool complex with a dramatic waterfall and hot tub, directly across from the home (seasonally heated). Amenities of the community include an observation tower, a gas fire pit, a pavilion with barbeque grills and a snack bar. Highland Parks borders Point Washington State Park with its serene walking trails and coastal wildlife. BEACH ACCESS is less than a mile away, so drive the golf cart straight to the beautiful sugar white beach and soak up the sun!
Our home is beautifully designed in warm coastal style with an open floor plan for easy flow. The living area is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa and a 65" HDTV. The stylish gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an island with breakfast bar. For your convenience, there is a full washer and dryer, and wifi is complimentary. Only 2 cars can be parked at the home and no street parking is allowed.
