2 Bedroom House in Downtown, Pensacola
This is an older home. It was built in 1925 and has been though 100s of hurricanes. Prior to our purchase this historic home was split into 3 apartments (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs). We have recently remodeled the upstairs and turned into a short term rental unit. The floors are refinished and original so they are not perfect. After 100 years houses settle so they can be uneven in places. Again this is an old home, If you are looking for perfect this home this is not for you. If you are looking for a great deal with historic charm located in the heart of downtown Pensacola then you found it!
It has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. One bathroom with a stand-up shower and a full Kitchen for you to enjoy.
Two TV’s, smart TVs only with Roku and Samsung apps. Enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc…. Cable is not provided, but high speed wireless internet is. Downstairs are 2 apartments one long term renter and one another short term rental. Remember this house is old so floors are a little thin, you may hear them a little and they may hear you! Please just be a respectful neighbor during your stay!!!! No parties please. No loud music, tv, yelling past 10pm.
This unit has a private outdoor balcony with a table and chairs set up for you to enjoy Pensacola sunrises and sets!!!!!
