As you enter this brand new home you are greeted with modern contemporary furnishings, with tiled floors throughout and an open concept floor plan. Tastefully decorated and with the inclusion of a main living room and additional seating area/den this makes this the perfect home for entertaining family, friends or business colleagues.
The fully equipped kitchen area is open plan to the living area keeping you involved with the family fun whilst preparing your meals. Granite kitchen countertops continue onto the breakfast bar with seating for 4. There is also a lowered countertop for those with special access needs or for the younger members of the family to get involved with preparing the meals. With both a breakfast seating area for 6, and main dining area seating 8 there are plenty of options to serve your gourmet meals in style.
The living area with its stylish furnishings offers a 60" Flat Screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and Full cable access. The separate seating area offers a quiet nook for reading or for the children to enjoy their own space playing games, watching TV or playing with the Wii that is provided.
This luxury feel continues on to the bedrooms where bespoke bedding dresses the comfortable beds. Every room provides you with a flat screen TV with larger TV's in the two masters.The first master bedroom has a King Sized bed with luxury mattress, walk in closet, a full size flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with huge walk in shower with two separate shower heads, a hand held shower head and wheel in access for those that need it. The second master bedroom offers the same King Sized bed with luxury mattress, walk in closet a full size flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower one showerhead and one hand held shower head.
The third bedrooms offers a Queen Size bed with full size flat screen TV with a shower/ tub combo bathroom ensuite, the first of the twin rooms has a delightful mural of Happy Feet, and is beautifully furnished in a style that compliments the artistic work. Twin beds and a flat screen TV will give your children the perfect space to wind down after a busy day. The fifth and final bedroom has twin beds and a flat screen TV and fittings that echo the Halls of Hogwarts whilst the wall murals of scenes from Harry Potter will delight any child or adult.
From the living area you can exit through the sliding patio doors into the outside seating areas that boasts the largest lanai area housing the maximum sized pool of 30' x 15' and spa. This pool deck has a seating area, dining table and chairs, and an outside shower. The expansive pool deck looks out over the stunning conservation area that Watersong is nestled in.The owner has given great thought into making this the perfect vacation home and has included some special needs equipment for those that need them. Surrounded by woodland, lakes and conservation the Watersong Resort is one of the most select resorts in the area. From the moment you drive in the entrance to the gates you cannot help but be impressed by the luxury. Once through the gates it is a short drive to your home which is within walking distance of the state of the art clubhouse.
This home is located in a secured gated community so we will require a photo ID of all guests staying so I can enter them into the access portal for the community.
