Quality villa for the discerning guest this 5 bed 4.5 bath property is HUGE at over 3400 square feet and is located on a prime south east facing (all day sun) plot with a large fenced in back yard with the benefit of a fully secure privacy fence around the perimeter.
Located just 15-20 minutes from the main gate of Walt Disney World this villa has the perfect location. It is also just 20 minutes from Sea world and 25 minutes from the Universal theme parks. If you want to go to the beaches either coast is just over an hour drive.
This 5 bed 4.5 bathroom (3 en-suites) villa is in a great location, with the benefit of a south facing pool, spa and sundeck and one of the largest master bedrooms to be found in a 5-bed house along with a luxury four-poster bed, large 32" flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom. The home also has a fully carpeted and air conditioned games room with full size pool table, table football, darts, a bar that converts into a casino, and a 100 channel 32" TV. The home is furnished to the highest standard with plenty of in-house entertainment.

The South facing pool and spa gets the sun all day has a huge private fenced yard. The pool area also has a cabana so when nature calls there is no need to be going through the house. At night the pool comes to life with a color changing fibre optic light display.
Finally for the little ones in your party a complimentary baby package is provided comprising of crib, high chair and baby monitor.
Pool and Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is £180 per week for both. There is an accidental damage waiver of £49 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal. Any bookings less than 7 nights will incur an end of let clean fee of £130.
