1). There is single step up as you first enter onto the patio and into the house.

4). 4 steps are on the inside of house which give access to all of the bedrooms and 2 of the 3 bathrooms.

*Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, antique 3 mirror vanity set with bench, wardrobe closet, drawers & ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.
*Bedroom 2 is spacious with one double (full) bed, wardrobe closet, a Mahagony vanity set with 3 mirrors, and is adjacent to the second bathroom which is a shower only (no tub).
*Bedroom 3 has one double (full) bed, plus one single (twin) bed and can be converted into bunkbeds. Large closet space with drawers, and a built-in vanity desk/mirror.
Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and remote-controlled high efficiency air-conditioner.
Living Space:
The dining room table seats six (6), and the living room with large television, has a 3-seater bamboo sofa, love seat and 3 single bamboo/rattan chairs. Both areas are equipped with ceiling fans and blackout curtains to keep the cool breezy airflow coming throughout house while still maintaining great shade.
Living room also has an In-House Bluetooth Speaker for connection to a laptop or, wireless phone for guests owns musical playlist and listening enjoyment.
There is a landline house phone to make/receive local calls only and has 2 cordless handsets. There is one (1) base station combo with answering machine and handset located in the living room, with the other handset in master bedroom on bedside table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an 18.2 cu. ft. top freezer & bottom fridge, and 30" gas top stove with oven. In addition, there is a 12pc Cuisinart stainless-steel set of pots and pans, GE microwave, Mr. Coffee Maker (with filters onsite), air fryer oven, mixing blender, rice cooker, full set of cutleries, glassware, cooking utensils and a mahogany breakfast table which seats four (4).
The laundry/washroom has a washing machine, a double laundry sink, a single toilet, small hand sink, iron w/ironing board and a storage cabinet.
House is supplied with essential bath towels, hand towels, facial towels, stored in upstairs passageway for guests' access and use, along with multiple sets of sheets/pillowcases as well as blankets for each bed.
A spacious front patio has a table with 6 chairs to provide an ideal ambience for semi-outdoor dining. Along with a set of 4 outdoor chaise lounge beach recliners to enjoy watching a lovely Caribbean sunrise or just relaxing in the sun.
There are also 4 portable beach chairs with shoulder carrying bags (kept in laundry room storage cabinet), outdoor glow-in-the-dark non-pointed lawn darts, pickle ball paddles and balls, playing cards, and a Jenga game.
