It's a Coastal Mediterranean home with pool in the Southend (“lake block”) of West Palm Beach. Newly renovated, this three bed/two and a half bath home has a spacious interior and large recreational yard with pool. Perfect for entertaining or just relaxing with family indoors and out. Three generous upstairs bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom, two with shared “jack and jill” bathroom), two exterior balconies, large kitchen, dining room, living and Florida rooms and heated pool. Within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, the Flagler Drive Waterfront Walking Park and just a five minute drive to the beach.
This smart home has internet, cable TV, whole home audio and a security system. Need a “work from home” space? The primary bedroom has an office/dressing room and the guest bedrooms each have desks.
Once weekly housekeeping is included in the rental rate. The team is available to hire for additional days as well.
