This stunning villa is in Woodridge Estates, (Clermont, Florida) approximately 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal Studios, Sea World and Animal Kingdom.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen-sized bed whilst bedroom 3 has two twin beds and these bedrooms share the family bathroom.
There is comfortable family room with a formal dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and a pantry. The kitchen makes it easy to prepare your favourite home cooked meals and includes an eating area within the kitchen. Full-sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are available.
The villa is fully air conditioned don't forget to bring your laptop/tablet or other wi-fi device with you as the villa offers free Wi-Fi and there is an Xbox gaming console for your use. You can also make free local and national phone calls to anywhere in the US and Canada.
When you want to take a break from the theme parks relax by the private screened heated pool with a water feature view and soak up the Florida sunshine.
