The space:
When you walk in, you'll be greeted by an open & airy great room ideal for spending time together with friends and family during your stay (kitchen, dining room, living room). The kitchen showcases custom oak and white shaker cabinetry filled with everything you might need during your stay: dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, as well as spices, oil, vinegar and other basic cooking essentials. Enjoy the large peninsula with a stunning quartzite waterfall-edge countertop and extra seating. The kitchen is equipped with professional-grade appliances: refrigerator with freezer & ice maker, convection oven with induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There's a filtered water dispenser in the kitchen which offers high-quality alkaline filtered water.
There are 4 private rooms: 1 bedroom with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the backyard; 1 bedroom with a queen bed and adjacent bathroom (this bathroom can also be accessed from the great room), 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and an additional pull-out trundle bed (ideal for children), 1 flex room with direct access to the backyard which could be used as a family room (perfect for those cozy movie nights or board games) or a bedroom (there's a sleeper sofa which can accommodate 2 guests). If you are coming with an infant, we can set up a pack-and-play crib in the master bedroom.
Both bathrooms are thoughtfully appointed with elegant fixtures and finishes, providing a spa-like ambiance. Each bathroom features a walk-in shower (no bathtubs). Please note the water for the entire house is filtered via an advanced whole-house water filter for added piece of mind.
We have a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack on the premises, in case you need to touch up your clothing. The house features central air for cooling and heating.
The home is stocked with a variety of board games. The bunk room is equipped with a few toys and books for the little ones. There are 2 televisions in the house - one in the living room, and one if the flex room. The remaining bedrooms are not equipped with a TV. This is intentional, because we believe in restful sleep and making memories with our friends and family while away from home.
The spacious backyard features vibrant tropical landscaping and an oversized pool (18x30 ft, 3-7 ft deep). The pool can be heated at your request for an additional fee of $25/day. There are 2 decks for you to enjoy: a larger deck with a table & chairs, grill, and an umbrella; and a smaller deck with 4 pool loungers and 2 umbrellas. The backyard is lovely, filled with tropical trees, plants and magical nooks for you to explore, as well as a generous grassy area perfect for children to run around and play. All guests must supervise their children and non-swimmers at all times.
