The home has been designed to take maximum advantage of the incredible ocean views and offers direct beach access via private walkway only steps to the white sandy beach. A private heated* ocean-side pool with its own shallow 6 inch 'kiddie' area is located right outside the home as well as an expansive deck for your private use.
If you need to take a break from the beach, you are also just minutes from shopping, world-class tennis and golf, and casual and gourmet dining. Kayak, bike rentals, fishing and numerous water sports, all located within a close proximity of the home. You are also just minutes from Coligny Plaza which offers convenient grocery shopping as well as several restaurants and shops. Paved pathways are located throughout the island making jogging or biking more enjoyable as well as safe.
The home is great for families and comfortably sleeps eight. The 2 upstairs master suites boast direct ocean views from the floor to ceiling windows. Each suite has a king size bed and private bath. Upstairs there is an additional twin bedroom with an en-suite bath. The 4th bedroom on the main living level has a queen bed with en-suite bath.
