GETTING AROUND

St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE) is about 25–30 minutes and Tampa International (TPA) about 40 minutes. Uber and Lyft run reliably, and the Suncoast Beach Trolley runs right along Gulf Blvd out front — stops are a short walk down the boulevard and it comes about twice an hour from early morning until late, so you can beach-hop the whole coast from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach without ever moving the car.
PARKING

ACCESS AND HOUSE RULES

No parties or events; gatherings are welcome as long as you never exceed the maximum occupancy of 7, which is strictly enforced. The booking guest must be 25 or older. Up to two dogs under 30 lbs are welcome for a $250 non-refundable fee per dog; per county ordinance, dogs aren't allowed on the beach. For your privacy and security there's a single exterior camera at the entry — never inside the home or on the balconies or rooftop. A $500 refundable damage deposit applies, with an additional deposit for one-night stays.
