GUEST ACCESS:

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premise to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance to shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

• You will receive two keys at check-in. A fee of $50 + Tax per key will be charged for any keys not returned at check-out.
• Valet parking is available at $20 for the day and $40 per night.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $250 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. • Bookings over 6 days will require one mid-week clean of $225 plus tax, every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit. Additional funds will be requested after the booking has been made.

• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. • Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
