The 2nd floor exterior deck is the perfect place to read a book or enjoy happy hour!
Inside, the professionally decorated home offers spectacular views, from the 2nd living, dining and kitchen areas. Our 3 bedroom/3 bath includes two master bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, and sleeps 6 guests.
Wi-Fi and cable TV, or enjoy your favorite streaming service with either the living room’s Smart TV or flat screen TV’s equipped with AppleTV’s!
If you need a quiet place to read your emails or check-in with the office, the 1st floor family room offers a quiet place, or work remote from the upstairs bedroom equipped with desk, chair, and printer/scanner.
Full kitchen amenities include: stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, Cuisinart air fryer-oven combo, blender, food processor, in addition to complete set of pots & pans, and cooking utensils.
In addition to our exclusive beachfront, the villa enjoys use of our community amenities which include heated pool, two hard tennis courts/pickle-ball, saltwater lagoon with its swim platform & beach, playground, marina with boat ramp, community shared oceanfront beach area and 400’ jetty – great for long walks! The home comes with our own two-person kayak and two bicycles.
Optional: a 24’ boat slip (or larger) is available for rent steps from the home.

Our location: Located in the heart of Key Largo, Kawama Yacht Club is a private gated-community with 24-hour security, 60 miles from Miami International Airport. Once in Key Largo, one is minutes away from boat rentals, offshore and flats fishing charters, as well plenty of diving spots for the diving enthusiasts! Venture a few miles south and explore Islamorada, with more world-class charter fishing, wonderful shops, and fine dining. Key West is always an easy day trip. There is something for everyone!
