For the safety and security of our guests, we have a Ring Doorbell at the entrance of the property. The device is used for monitoring the front door area for security purposes, including video and audio recording of the front porch. Rest assured, it does not record inside the home, and recordings are only accessed if necessary for security reasons.
☛ We require a temporary $1000 security hold on guest`s credit card. The hold will be fully and automatically released after the stay, provided there is no damage to the property
☛ Please note that the primary guest must complete a comprehensive guest screening (including identity verification and a background check) and sign our rental agreement via Truvi prior to check-in. Following your booking, you will receive an email directly from Truvi to complete this process.

You also understand and expressly agree that if you fail to report any uncleanliness issues or damages accompanied by timestamped photos within this 2-hour window: (1) you will be deemed to have accepted the home and property’s condition at the time of your check-in, and (2) you will then be responsible for full payment of any damages or excessive cleaning required beyond the normal post-stay cleaning process, and (3) Host will be entitled to recoup payment from you for any corresponding charges that may apply.
