Coming down a long driveway (that only allows 5 cars), you get to take in the spectacular countryside views. The drive will give you a chance to drink in the vibrant green of the trees and the endless blue of the sky.
When you walk in the front door, you can veer to the right and find the kitchen. The kitchen has a commercial grade range and a bar that just begs to be used for breakfast buffets. Through a set of saloon doors, you’ll find a laundry room and butler’s pantry. On the other side of the kitchen is the formal dining room, which has large windows that lets in abundant natural lighting. The kitchen opens up into the living room which has ample and comfortable seating, a mounted flat screen television, and gas starting wood burning fireplace.
If you come in the front door and opt to go left, you will find a separate suite. This holds a queen bed and has its own adjoining bathroom, complete with a walk in shower and a stunning marble-topped vanity.
Continuing on upstairs, you will see the master bedroom that boasts a king sized bed, a seating area, and two entrances to the second level balcony. The balcony provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee (or to sip your evening wine). The master bedroom has an in suite bathroom that comes complete with a double sink vanity, and a walk in shower. Each bedroom boasts its own television.
The second bedroom upstairs holds another king bed and has an adjoining shared bathroom with the third bedroom on the second floor. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a seating area (great for kids).
When you’re ready to enjoy the beauty of the Hill Country, the outdoor area has plenty of seating, as well as a fire pit. For outdoor grilling enthusiasts, there is full outdoor kitchen that comes with a range, grill, and sink.
The property is minutes away from Gruene, Wimberley, San Marcos, New Braunfels, and Canyon Lake. Gruene is home to the historic Gruene Hall, and the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. Wimberley has the famous Jacob’s Well, and zip line adventure. San Marcos has terrific shopping at their outlet malls. Perhaps you want to boat on Canyon Lake or float down the beautiful Guadalupe River. No matter what brings you to the area, you’ll find yourself right at home in the beautiful Paloma Ridge.
Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Unfortunately, most of them aren't on vacation and will let us (and occasionally their local law enforcement) know if they aren't getting a good night's sleep.
