The lanai is tucked behind the garages offering the most private spot for your morning coffee or afternoon nap. Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks. Guest room, located on the opposite side of the home, has a built-in, queen size Murphy bed providing a dual-purpose space. Indoor laundry room. Smart/Roku TVs in living room (65") and both bedrooms. All bed linens and towels included, plus a Bluetooth speaker, games/puzzles, 2 sets of golf clubs, bag chairs and quality pickleball paddles for use while renting.
