As you enter the front door you are greeted with a large open-plan space. In the lounge there are two comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing on in the evenings! The dining area has seating for eight. Next to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with all amenities including washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. The large family room with access to the pool area and two sofas and a large 75" smart TV completes the living area. One king and queen bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms and 2 twin rooms, sleeps up to 8. You will love the inviting PRIVATE POOL overlooking a conservation area with a covered lanai all SCREENED for your comfort. This home offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and convenience.
PLEASE NOTE: Pool heat/Spa is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. ***Min 3 nights $152 plus tax 4 night $188 plus tax 5+days $45/per day plus tax
