Nearby, guests can enjoy a convenient dining area, featuring a large wooden dining table that seats ten in all. This level also holds a fully equipped, generous kitchen that faces the living and dining space, where you can prepare a home-cooked meal for the gang or pack lunches for a fun-filled day at the beach. Off the dining area is an additional secondary living area with a sofa and two chaise lounge seats perfect for larger families to spread out. There is a laundry room off the living spaces downstairs with a connected half bath. The generous king primary suite down with has its own ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and a separate tub.
