Come and relax right outside on your private balcony while enjoying the sounds of breeze, or in the new beautiful outdoor pool area. Our Home is newly renovated, Hardwood floors throughout, one extra half bathroom, and a BRAND NEW HEATED SALT POOL. This family home is perfect for entertainment.
It is located on the east end of Panama City Beach, just minutes from the public beach access 19, making it easy to see the Emerald Coast waters whenever you want. Entering on the second floor, you have a large open concept kitchen, living room and balcony. On the same floor, you find 2 bedrooms, one is the master suite with a king bed and a bathroom and the second bedroom a king bed as well, same floor has a new half a bathroom. Two more bedrooms on the 3rd level share a full bathroom. One bedroom has two sets of twin bunks, an 2 additional sleeper sofas. The final bedroom has a queen bed. 3rd full bathroom is on the first level of the house.
