The Space:
The split plan home features a master bedroom with King bed, walk in shower and en suite bath with a door to the outside and pool area. The other side of the house across the kitchen provides the indoor laundry area and closet with beach gear. One bedroom features a single queen bed with a pocket door to the bathroom with a tub. The other bedroom features 2 queen beds with double doors to the pool and door to the bath.

Full access except the garage.
The Neighborhood:
A family friendly and safe neighborhood to enjoy and evening walk. Stock up on groceries .5 miles away and jump in the car or uber to the beach 6 minutes away. You can walk to the beach but it is a 2 mile walk.
Other Things to Note:
The outdoor area is a beautiful covered patio and pool. The grill and fire pit should not be operated under the patio roof. The pool is not heated at this time. The child safety fence will be put up upon request but it will not be up without a request. Please keep the sliding glass doors shut while the AC and or heat is on.
