Located in Franklin, North Carolina. Romeo's Retreat is a newly updated family and pet friendly home with space for all. As you enter an amazing view of the mountains welcomes you outside the sliding doors off the combination living and dining room. This home features, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,(Sleeps 10) an updated stocked kitchen, a laundry area, wrap around deck with grill, outdoor dining, and two fire pit areas. Downstairs is a family fun space with ping pong, combination game table, with foosball, air hockey & pool, assorted board games, standing arcade game and tv hang out.
Upon entering the home you will have a clear view of one of the amazing reasons people keep coming back to this area year after year the beautiful mountains.
You enter the home via a ramp & one step to enter the threshold requiring minimal steps, once inside the main level is step free. On this main level you will find three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is a King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, that has recently been updated with a shower/tub combo & a window with mountain view.
The split plan layout has a Queen Bedroom, and a third bedroom with two twin beds w/ a pack n play available for our smallest guests. These two bedrooms have a beautiful newly renovated and updated full bathroom between them with large shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for guests of all ages, and has been updated with stainless steel appliances, and features a stocked coffee area that has a kuerig & drip coffee maker along with coffee, k-cups, & assorted creamers provided. Air fryer & Crockpot. There is also a breakfast nook, the perfect place for the early risers to sip their coffee or tea and look for Romeo's friend the deer. A desk/workspace in the kitchen for those who have to have a working vacation. The kitchen also has a laundry area with brand new full size washing machine & dryer.
Also on this main level is an open floor plan living/dining room with sliding glass doors leading to the deck, with a mountain view from both spaces. The dining room has a beautiful and spacious table with chair and bench seating allowing all to gather for a meal or after dinner games. The living room has a TV with cable, sofa, two comfy chairs, and an electric fireplace for added warmth, coziness and ambiance.
For the guests looking for some fun and games, head downstairs. Downstairs has the 4th bedroom w/ bunk bed, a single bed and an air mattress, & has the ability to sleep four. The 3rd updated full bathroom that everyone will want to check out w/ large shower, a ping pong table, a combo game table, standing arcade game, an assortment of board and card games for all ages, and a second TV hang out space with gaming console.
Now head heading outside on the lower level a new Dr. Wellness G-6 Tranquility Hot Tub for 6, with 51 Jets for the neck, shoulders, calves, & feet is just outside the door off the game room. If you spent the day hiking with the family this is the perfect way to end your day relaxing and unwinding.
Back on the main level, off the kitchen or living room is access to the spacious deck, which has a propane grill, a lounge area, an outdoor dining, a conversation patio set outdoor gas fire pit table, and a hammock. Or grab your marshmallows and graham crackers and go just outside the front door, and head over to the fire pit, for family s'more making fun.

All linens are provided with each bed having soft high thread count sheets, season appropriate bedding, and extra pillows. Towels, wash clothes & hand towels are also provided, some hung on the rack the remaining for use are located in the vanity cabinets. A welcome basket is provided upon check in with goodies to share and snack on. Paper towel and toilet paper starters are provided depending on length of stay and number of guests will determine how long it will last, two rolls of Paper Towels, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner and soap is also provided in each shower, along with laundry detergent, dish and dishwasher detergent. We want you to feel at home and ready for mountain vacation retreat.
