The rooftop includes a pergola, grill station, and open-air hot tub, ideal for relaxing or entertaining; please note the hot tub is seasonal and typically unavailable from January through March. A dedicated desk is available for guest use in the office (no monitor, keyboard, or mouse provided). Routine property maintenance is required during your stay. Housekeeping will visit weekly, and the maintenance team will service the hot tub and fish tank approximately once per month. Visits will be coordinated with you in advance, and guests are asked to provide access during the scheduled times.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including both indoor and outdoor areas. Violations will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, and may result in removal from the property.
For reservations of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay housekeeping service is required every 30 days. The required cleaning fee will be invoiced prior to each scheduled service.
Security deposit
Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
