This is a newly remodeled space!! 10 minutes from St. Pete beach, 5 minutes from downtown! Unit B is located inside a friendly tiplex on the outskirt of Historic Kenwood, behind Marleys House smoke shop. You'll arrive to free residential parking, marked spaces. NO hassle easy check in with our electric keypad. Unit B is up stairs, with its own private entrance. Once inside, make yourself cozy! We have brand new air units in each apt! clean simple bathroom, with shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, and a few other toiletries provided.
One chic cozy bedroom, one dresser for clothes, adequate closet space. This space has a small kitchenette, with a working oven/stove. Everything needed in a kitchen is provided. One burner doesn't work on the stove.
It has a medium sized refrigerator, with freezer. A comfortable living room space, with a 42" Flat screen tv and free Wifi. Livingroom couch is a futon and folds down to extra bed. Linenes and towels are always supplied along with paper towels and toilet paper to get your trip started. This is an ideal space for business travel, or a group of 2 or 3.
