The second floor is where you find the open concept kitchen, living room, dining room. Beautiful hardwood floors, upscale kitchen, ocean views and balcony...what could be better? It's the perfect spot to enjoy your family and friends while relaxing during your seaside vacation! This floor also has a beautiful en-suite with private tiled bath as well as a half bath with laundry. On the third floor, there is the master suite, again with private tiled bath and 2 balconies, bedroom with two queen beds, and the bunk room that is perfect for the kids and a shared full bath with tub. The whole house is comfortable with central AC, has WiFi and 3 flat-screen TVs. The kitchen/dining area seats 14. Parking for 4 vehicles, two in the garage and two between the house and the pavers. New sidewalks down Nubble Rd makes it easy to walk to Long Sands or Short Sands Beaches.
