The ocean blue in-ground PRIVATE HEATED POOL is recently resurfaced and is fully enclosed with a new screen enclosure, which keeps mosquitos / bugs away from the pool and allows you to enjoy your pool time with no disturbance (guests raved about this feature!). *The cost for heating the pool is included in your nightly rate, and there is no extra charge to enjoy the heated pool. The pool deck also has tons of space to hang out: laying down on the lounge chaises and getting the perfect sunglow, reading a book on a sunny afternoon, or sitting in the picturesque hanging Sunbrella egg chair staring at the beautiful palm coconut tree, The outdoor area also includes a beautiful, all-white dining table set that comfortably seats six (6) people poolside. Lastly, we provide a variety of pool floaters (from unicorns to flamingos to pineapples) for your fun, memorable moments and you are guaranteed to have a blast at the pool! [For your safety and comfort, our pool is maintained by a professional pool service company twice a week to ensure you and your family / friends' comfort while enjoying the beautiful heated pool at our property.]
*** IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER REGARDING THE POOL ***
The pool is HEATED during colder months of the year (starting in September), allowing you to enjoy the private pool in comfort. The pool heater runs at the same time as the pool pump filter. For health and safety reasons, the pool heater is pre-set at 86 degrees Fahrenheit (30 degrees Celsius) and automatically programmed to this target temperature. Guests do not need to do anything during their stay to heat the pool. During cold nights, the pool water may feel colder in the morning and possibly early afternoon. As the day goes by, the heater will heat the water, but it will NOT turn the pool into a hot tub, so guests should not expect temperatures at or around such levels. In cases where the weather is very cold, it may take some time for the pool to adjust and/or reach the desired, targeted temperature. We unfortunately cannot control the weather and will not issue any refund due to undesired, severe or extreme weather conditions that may or may not have any impact(s) to the pool condition or temperature. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the pool or pool heater, we kindly encourage you to reach out and clarify before submitting a booking request.
The OUTDOOR BACKYARD is fully fenced with a brand new, 6-feet white PVC fence that outlines from the back of the property to the front of the house, providing you maximum privacy while enjoying time away from your day-to-day life. For your safety, NO Barbeque grill is allowed on the property at this time.
The BILLIARDS ROOM has a standard 90’’ bar size pool table and a 50-inch 4K UHD HDR Roku Smart TV. Time to get a bit friendly competitive and catch some games at the same time. The LIVING ROOM offers a variety of seating options (ARTICLE 3-person couch, super comfy leather feel wide armchairs, stylish velvet wingback chair, or Studio McGee versatile ottomans) for family and friends to comfortably gather together, whether to watch a movie, Netflix binge your favorite show on 75-inch 4K HDR Roku smart TV or play some classic board games such as Monopoly, Scribble, cards, and Jenga.
The family-friendly KITCHEN is fully stocked and provides you to cook a great meal for you and your family / friends while on vacation. Waking up in the morning and starting your day with a cup of coffee using the Cuisinart 2-in-1 Keurig coffeemaker and milk frother while staring at the beautiful pool and coconut tree from the large pass-through windows. You can also make some delicious breakfast with the Cuisinart Toaster. We prepared ample cooking essentials for your use: pots and pans, HENCKEL’S knife set, cutting boards, cooking utensils, plates and bowls, silverware, chopsticks, and various drinkware (wine glasses, drinking glasses, beer mugs, coffee mugs, outdoor glasses), baking trays, gloves, mixing bowls, Ziploc boxes, veg oil and olive oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper, 20 spices, RICE COOKER, NINJA BLENDER, wine opener, can opener, measuring spoons, grater, and lemon/lime squeezer, etc.
The MASTER SUITE has its own private full bathroom (w. DELTA rainfall shower) with a smart mirror. It has a comfortable king-size bed with 50-inch Roku Smart TV. The best part is that you can access the pool deck directly from your suite.
ALL BEDROOMS are equipped with the following amenities: full-length mirror, laundry basket, iron and iron board, luggage rack, nightstand(s) with lamp(s), and outlet extension cord. All MATTRESSES are 10-inch by ZINUS series, which are extremely comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep. For your comfort, we provide two types of pillows (4 for each bed) to choose from.
ALL BATHROOMS are equipped with spa quality toiletry, which are healthy and sustainable products loved by many guests. We also provide clean white towels and makeup towels, hairdryers for your convenience. Time to take a relaxing shower with our DELTA rainfall showerhead!
