This is a unique villa that has over 7000' of private patio w/small pond/waterfall, barbecue, seating area under Pergola w/lights, and a putting green.
The villa itself is spacious and has an oversized glassed in Lanai w/queen sleeper pull out couch and privacy doors. Sony smart TV w/surround sound in living room, smart TV in master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, there are plenty of bath towels, 4 pool towels, and extra bedding.
Fantastic location between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing, each approx. a 10 minute fun golf cart ride away (yes, golf cart included). The Rio Grande family pool is right at the beginning of this quiet neighborhood. Chula Vista recreation center is a 3-min ride up the street for all your activities, also where the adult pool is.
The Villages is considered the largest community in the country for golf but there’s more…pickle ball, tennis, beach tennis, archery, sand bag toss are just an example of some of the activities. There is live music every night in each town square between 5-9 pm. Restaurants, grocery, and retail/grocery stores galore, all conveniently located to the Villa.
