Entire 2 floors of the house 1350 sf 3 bedrooms,2 bath, kitchen, living room, laundry room plenty of space inside the house or outside on wrap around porch or yard. 2 kayaks available, fishing on the dock or on the side of the house, watching amazing sunsets and grilling on porch just relaxing. 20 miles to Clearwather 15 miles to Weeki Watche to state park with crystal clear spring water ideal for family fun swimming kayaking or one &only live Mermaid show.
