The property has 2 bedrooms each with a full private bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. An upstairs veranda sits off of the twin bedroom. A sleeper sofa is available in the living room downstairs where a half bath is present.

A boat launch is also available on the resort property but has to be arranged independently through Hawks Cay Resort. Boat slips on the resort property can be rented separately through Hawks Cay Resort while staying at the villa. Duck Key Marina and Grassy Key Marina are also very close to the property and offer boat slip rentals, boat and trailer storage, and boat launches.
