Located in a well established and maintained street. This inviting retreat is located just minutes away from great golf, beaches, and endless options for outdoor recreation. Whether you need a beach getaway or are looking to get some Disney time in, this house is a perfect for fun in Florida. Minutes from the beach and easy access to many of Florida's best attractions. Just 11 miles to Flagler Beach and a short drive south to the Daytona Speedway. Head north to beautiful historic St. Augustine.
This property is dog (no cats) friendly and will allow up to two dogs under 50 pounds, which must be housebroken. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Any pet over the limit must obtain approval. All dogs MUST be on a leash while outside of the fenced in backyard.
