A large concrete staircase leads directly into the river, and there is also a shallow slip that works well for launching kayaks or tying up a small boat. Manatees, fish, and kayakers frequently pass by, making the backyard a peaceful place to sit back and watch the river drift by.
Outside you’ll find a grill, a fire pit surrounded by colorful Adirondack chairs, and a shaded outdoor table with an umbrella, plus an additional umbrella for extra shade on sunny afternoons. A screened-in porch with six chairs provides a comfortable spot for casual outdoor dining while overlooking the yard and river.
Inside, the home has a relaxed coastal feel with light blues, linen textures, and light wood tones. There are three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one bunk room with two full beds and a pullout twin mattress underneath.
