This Private Gated Lodge has been the preferred Montana home away from home to many dignitaries from the worlds of Music, Film, Television, and Sports. This Five Star Private Gated Lodge is nestled within a 20 acre wooded compound with remarkable views of Flathead Lake and offers unmatched Luxury, Privacy and Security. The Lodge features 2 spacious Master Suites each with their own attached Private Bathrooms and a 3rd Bedroom with a 1/2 Bath. Master Suite 1 features a King Bed, 55” Smart TV and private attached bathroom. Master Suite 2 features a King Bed, 55” Smart TV, Starlink High Speed Wifi and an attached Private bathroom. Both Master Suite offer large closets All furnishings are Ralph Lauren or comparable or superior quality. Master Suite 3 features a King Bed and 1/2 Bath. The Living Area features a large gas assisted Stone Fireplace, 2 oversized Leather Couches, 75” Smart TV with Starlink High Speed WiFi. There is fully equipped Chef s Kitchen with Viking appliances that feature a 6 gas burner Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwashers, Keurig Coffee Maker, Large Stainless prep Island with seating for 5 and a Dining Room table with seating for an additional 8 guests. There is a large Porch that spans the width of the Lodge which has comfortable furniture and remarkable views of Flathead Lake. An additional Guest Lodge (The South Lodge) located within the Compound is, by request and on occasion, available for added Guests, Staff or Security Detail. An additional rental fee applies; text for details. The South Lodge features 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 5 Beds, a gas assisted Stone Fireplace, Full Kitchen with amenities and a Living Room with leather couches. The South Lodge comes with its own Laundry facility. Guests are strongly recommended to drive or rent an AWD or 4WD vehicle only while renting the property from mid October through April as surrounding roads and driveways are generally snowy and icy during the winter months and your access to the property might not be possible unless you drive an AWD or 4WD due to those conditions. *Please read the “House Rules” below before making your reservation. Lake access to you er renter is approximately 1 mile away in both Lakeside & Somers. We are nota lake front property. been thoroughly eliminated to the exclusive satisfaction of Host. Guest shall additionally receive a 1 Star Rating and a Warning to other Hosts shall be posted regarding Guest Renters willful violation of Hosts mandatory No Smoking rental rule. GUEST RENTER: Please, no more than 6 Guests are authorized to stay at the property at any one time ......No exceptions. “Guest Renter” must be present at the time of Check-In and throughout the rental period and will be greeted by Host or Host’s representative at Check-In; Guest Renter is required to present government issued identification at the time of Check-in to verify their identity.
