Get ready for your own Adventures in Paradise in this updated 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with gulf views, private pool and cargo lift! Use the cargo lift to unload luggage and groceries. Then grab some beach chairs, umbrellas and toys from the storage room and head less than 300 ft. to the legendary white sand of Cape San Blas beach. Or play in the private pool. Later, you can rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower.
On the first level of the home you’ll find the open kitchen and great room, along with views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The deck outside the living area contains gates for the dogs or kids, a porch swing, and table/chairs for 4. There are steps to a fenced area ideal for dogs. The well-stocked kitchen was renovated in 2020. It has stainless appliances and all the dishes, cookware and gadgets you could need. The counter seats four, while the dining table seats six. Besides comfortable leather seating in the living area, you’ll find books, games, cards, DVDs and a flat-screen TV with DVD player.
Also on the first level is a queen bedroom with access to a deck facing the pool and St. Joe’s Bay. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV and connects to a full bathroom that also can be entered from the main living area. A separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is conveniently located on the first level.
On the second level of Adventures in Paradise, you’ll find bedrooms #2 and #3. Bedroom #2 is the master with a king bed, sitting area, large flat-screen TV and access to an upper deck with seating and fantastic gulf views. The sunset is especially dazzling from here. The updated master bath has double sinks and tile shower. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, flat-screen TV with DVD player and large private bathroom and closet.
On the 3rd level of the home is the 4th bedroom – a private loft area with a twin over full bunkbed with trundle (sleeps 4). It’s perfect for kids. There’s a walk-in closet and full bath in the loft, plus a large flat screen TV with DVD. The loft is the only room on the 3rd level. It does not have a door.
You can stay connected with free WIFI and long distance. There’s covered parking for at least two cars. A gas grill, charcoal grill and picnic table are on hand. A cargo lift for groceries and luggage!
If you run out of anything – or don’t feel like cooking – there are small stores less than half a mile in each direction. North is the Cape Trading Post and south is Scallop Cove convenience store. Both sell just about anything including cooked food (sandwiches, pizzas, etc.)
