You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This beautiful home has a bright open feel and is decorated with warm relaxing colors. The living room has a 47" TV and plenty of comfortable seating for you and your friends to visit or just sit back and watch your favorite shows.
The master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, TV with DVD, electric fireplace, large walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a linen closet full of towels. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, large closet with the guest bath right next door. The den/bedroom is set up with a 43" TV, queen size futon, desk so you can bring your lap top computer. The kitchen has an eat-in table and chairs and everything you will need to prepare your favorite meals, if you choose to cook. You will find many great restaurants throughout the community if dining out sounds more fun. The dining room is just off the kitchen and can seat 6 people comfortable so invite your new friends over for dinner.
Of course, much of your time will be spent outside using your GAS GOLF CART enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine! To complete your 'home away from home' the screened-in lanai has a table and seating for four and is ready for you to enjoy your morning coffee or juice while you are planning your day of fun activities. The lanai is also a great place for drinks before heading off to one of the town squares for dancing and FREE entertainment!
You will be able to purchase 2 resident ID cards for $50 so you can enjoy the community as a resident. You will golf at resident rates, have access to the swimming pools, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, recreation centers and all the fun social clubs offered.
