Cute, comfortable, clean, and excellent location! Updated 2bedroom, 2 bath condo with ocean and pool view located in a small (30 unit) Ocean front complex in charming Cape Canaveral. Walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier. 2nd floor unit (with elevator). Two large bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom features king-size bed, second bedroom has two XL twin beds. Hall bath has a walk-in shower along with a linen closet and a washer and dryer. Open kitchen is fully stocked. The living room features a queen size sleeper sofa and two large comfy swivel rockers. Screened Balcony overlooks sparkling salt water pool with Ocean view. Pool area has a gas grill, tables, plenty of seating, and a small pool house with rest room. There are TVs with cable in the master and the living room. All floors are wood-look tile. Cape Canaveral is a small town just south of Port Canaveral and north of Cocoa Beach. 48 miles (about 45 minutes) from the Orlando International Airport. The condo is one mile north of the Cocoa Beach pier and two miles south of Port Canaveral. There’s a grocery store close by and plenty of great, family owned restaurants. Public tennis and shuffle board courts are four blocks away. It’s a great town for biking. The beach offers wonderful viewing for rocket launches. You will love your stay here, everyone does.
