After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.
Parking is available for $15/night. Please note that the driveway is narrow and sometimes SUVs have had trouble fitting through the driveway, although the parking lot has other SUVs in it, it depends on the angle at which you enter. If you're unable to fit your vehicle, there are a few different parking options that are pretty close by.
