The pool heater works optimally in ambient temperatures of 65 degrees or warmer and if the ambient temperature drops below 65 degrees, please understand the pool heater may not be able to keep up with the cooler temperatures and it may take longer to heat up the pool and there will be no refund in this case as the ambient temperature is out of our control.
