Bring more food than you think you need (closest grocery is Kinmount village or Minden, both 20+ minutes). Hot tub: please follow posted instructions, no glass near the tub. Fire pit: only when conditions allow, we'll let you know if there's a fire ban. No parties or events, the property is licensed for accommodation, not gatherings. Pets considered with prior approval and pet fee. No fireworks and quiet hours between 10 pm to 7 am as we do have residential neighbours. Off-season (October through April): we welcome construction crews and contractors on extended stays. Message for weekly and monthly pricing not visible in the calendar.
